This is a rumor I heard so take it for what it's worth. I heard from a good source of mine that SUNW is thinking about buying ADPT. Don't know if it makes sense. Any thoughts out there? The chart sure looks good as stock is coming off a double bottom, trading at less than 1x sales with close to $700 million in cash. I know Asia is big concern, but you want to buy good companies with great balance sheets when things are rough. Comments?

I'm not aware of any specific statements they've made which would indicate their strategy at this point -- just the usual guff about looking for strategic opportunities, positioning for growth, etc.
