James, If you want any serious listeners concerning the prophesies of the birth of Jesus, you will need to reference your statements.

"There is good reason for this. It was prophesized in Isiah that when the Messiah came, all nations would put down their swords. Obviously this hasnt happened. So obviously the Messiah has not come."

Apparently, you missed this recent post from Emile. If this does not prophesy in exact detail Jesus, the Son of God, then how do you explain it away?

"I pray that the Lord will give you faith as you read the following words in prayer and humility:

1: Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
2: For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
3: He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4: Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6: All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7: He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
8: He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9: And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
10: Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
11: He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12: Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."

Isaiah 53

If all Jews believed the Old Testament of Isiah they would have to admit that Jesus, the Son, was crucified for their sins!

"First of all Jews do not revile Christ, they consider him a prophet"

If they consider Jesus a prophet, why dont they follow His Words?

John 5
17: But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
18: Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.
.........................................
45: Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust.
46: For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
47: But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

1John 2
23: Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

John 14
6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7: If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8: Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9: Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Modern Judaism rejects Jesus as the Son of God who died for the sins of mankind. Modern Judaism teaches its followers to reject Jesus as the Messiah. They have fostered the common saying: "You cannot believe in Jesus and still be a Jew." This is a horrible obstacle and death trap for the modern Jewish people.
Christianity is in fact the continuation of Old Testament Temple Judaism. Christians are the heirs and sons of Abraham.
Early Christianity was an almost exclusive Jewish religion until the Holy Spirit lead them to evangelized the pagan world.
Christianity is far more Jewish than antaichrist modern Talmudic Judaism. Christianity has Jesus, the Lamb of God, for their eternal and perfect sacrifice. Modern Judaism has no sacrifice for sins, no priesthood, no Temple, no Ark of the Covenant, no Davidic king and no genealogies. They were superseded at the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus and finally physically destroyed in the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D.. The modern religion of Synagogue Judaism is in fact a religion that opposes the teachings of the Bible and instead concentrates on the teachings of the Babylonian Talmud.

Modern Talmudic Judaism is not the religion of Old Testament Judaism.

Christianity is the fulfillment and heir of Old Testament Judaism.
Christianity has Jesus as the Son of David who sits eternally on the throne of David and spiritually governs his people in the Kingdom of God. The temple of God is now the holy people of God---the Christian people. Jesus is the eternal high priest of Christian Judaism and ministers to his holy people as an advocate on his throne at the right hand God. There is only one genealogy that is still preserved in the New TEstament and that is the genealogy of Jesus. All Christians count their genealogy in the Lord Jesus Christ. Christians are the sons of Abraham and the sons of God through Jesus Christ.

"Unlike Christianity, Judaism has no major crime against humanity on its record, so before you post antiSemitic messages"

This is the worst and lowest slander than can be thrown at Christ and His Body the Christian Church. Your allegation are false but Christians do not have a convenient word to identity Jewish hatred and slander against Christ and His people.
True Christians have never committed crimes against humanity except perhaps not fulfilling their calling to preach the Gospel to a lost and dying humanity.
Without Jesus man is lost to an eternal damnation.
The worst sin that can be thrown at Chrstianity is their neglect to proclaim a loving and bold gospel to those who hate and revile us like modern Talmudic Judaism.

For two thousand years modern Judaism has lead tens of millions of precious Jewish souls to deny the Lord Jesus Christ. For two thousand years Talmudic Judaism has been a spiritual Auschwitz leading the Jewish people into an eternal death.
The spiritual barbed wires of this Talmudic Auschwitz has been the doctrine that the Messiah has not yet come.

There is no salvation outside of Jesus Christ. He is the only door into the Kingdom of God.

James,

The Jews are a wonderful people and without them, the world would not have been blessed with the Scriptures, the Prophets or the Messiah. You are making a simple mistake in your reference to Isaiah, you are only observing one coming of the Messiah. Scripture clearly depicts two comings of the Messiah, the first to reconcile man to God, the second to establish His eternal kingdom. Isaiah chapter 53 will paint the picture of the first coming of the Messiah. You can also look into many books of the Old Testament for Messianic passages. The book of Daniel shows us in two ways when the Messiah will come for the first time. The first way is by use of historical reference points, we know that He had to come before 70 AD when the Temple was destroyed. The second way tells us how long from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to the coming of the Messiah.

In fact a Psalm of David clearly depicts the crucifixion hundreds of years before crucifixion was invented. So I ask you to read Isaiah chapter 53 and let me know what you think.
