Dowgal, I absolutely agree! I believe you have put it all in the RIGHT perspective. Midland MUST take a great deal of responsibility for what has happened. If they don't accept that responsibility to their share holders, what can we expect the next time? Still holding and expecting that Midland can accept their share of the responsibility, move on, and use the experience to make much wiser decisions in the future. They, too, must do DD!! Bill

Dowgal your post about the press release is exactly correct. I have sent the prospectus to the proper authorities and I am sure the proper authorities have the DD ackage provided by a local attorney and it was all backed up by a financial statement by a local CPA. All Midland had on Dan was the issuance shares and missing money until June 10 when Mark got a shock and all that was not there. Can't make a claim without proof. I know everyone thinks Midland did something wrong but I will tell you this there is more corporation that got duped than Midland. I had a shaeholder send me some black and white proof he got from McAndrews that I only saw when I was there but would not let me have a copy of for my records. People that prey off other in this type of scenario know that they will not be questioned as long as there is a DD and finacials from local reputable professionals ... Now maybe I am missing something here but I do not see how any of this could have been discovered prior it happening. JMHO GB
