Hey Paul,

Thanks for your "thorough" synopsis of what it takes to make it onto the NASDAQ -

NOW, if we see DGIV applying for the NAZ and achieving this listing, one can only imagine how DGIV will take off from there.

Since you don't see that happening, I take it we will just have to wait and see.....

Tick, tick, tick.....

Rico

P.S. Paul, BTW - two years ago Digitcom wasn't involved in the same industry

Paul, when you came to this thread some time ago, I did
think you may be genuinely concerned about DGIV being a
scam (although I knew it wasn't and did inquire everything
about DGIV to be sure before I invested in it). I tried
to give you some information that might answer your questions
and concerns. But, no, they didn't, because you just ignore
them. You are not looking for answers here.

I want to tell you just one thing. If DGIV was a scam,
many here would have packed their bags and gone. Many
have profits of many times over 100%. Insiders would have
cashed in and gone as well. They are here to realize the
full potential of the company (and their investment).

I personally think you are a sick person. Perhaps you
have good intentions, but you are a sick person obsessed
with DGIV.

Well I don't know about the rest of you folks, but my biggest problem at the moment, is trying to figure out how to raise more cash to buy MORE DGIV !!

Mr. Paul, your knowledge about the telecom field is indeed impressive- thank you for your insight.

YOU DO WORK IN THE FIELD, AS YOU HAVE SAID..

Message 4632259
"I work for a manufacturer of telecom equipment"

Message 5167858
(in real life, I am a telecom engineer after all),

Message 4858372
"As someone who works in high tech in southern California"

Message 5006633
"I've worked on, is VSATs (Very Small Aperture Terminals), i.e., communications systems that use geostationary satellites. Instead of say, being able to watch HBO with a satellite dish in a rural area, picture the advantages of being able to send voice & data over the satellite"

HEY , THAT SOUNDS SIMILAR TO WHAT DGIV WANTS TO ACCOMPLISH!

Message 5070654
"real life example -- I have an upcoming project with a Brazilian phone company (Embratel) where our equipment has to connect to phone switches made in France by Alcatel"

YOU ARE IN THE INTERNATIONAL FIELD AS WELL. GREAT, SO IS DGIV.

YOU ALSO PROVIDED US SOME INSIGHT ABOUT WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE SAID ON THE INTERNET REGARDING INVESTING.

Message 5169027
" Any paid promoter who is promoting a long or short position has to accurately disclose their compensation (cash, shares, etc.) [I'm not a paid promoter for this or any stock.] Also, financial industry "professionals" should disclose that fact [in their profiles perhaps?]."

YOU MAY OR MAY NOT BE A FINANCIAL INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL, BUT YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL IN THE TELECOM FIELD, PERHAPS WORKING IN A COMPANY THAT IS COMPETING WITH OR THREATENED BY DGIV? Please tell us.

YOU SAID THIS AS WELL:

Message 5046782
"How do you know that the company has any business or any prospects? You're just relying on hype"

AND THIS:

Message 5083787
"you have unverifiable claims of new business deals"

BUT, HARAKA CALLED JAKARTA, RICO VISITED THE OFFICE, AND I HAVE CALLED GERMANY AND HAVE CONTACTED AUSTRALIA AND VERIFIED THE CONTRACTS MYSELF, AND OTHERS HAVE VERIFIED OTHER ACTIVITIES. HAVE YOU?

WE APPRECIATE CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THE INDUSTRY AND HOW IT APPLIES TO THE FUTURE OF DGIV. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INSIGHT. BUT, WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS:

Message 5080901
"Yes, I think DGIV is a scam. But this discussion really belongs on the DGIV thread, not here"

IN FACT, YOU NICELY PRIVIDED US WITH THIS:

Message 5169027
"I spent some time doing some research on what you can and can't say on the Internet, based on existing securities laws. The results were kind of interesting, and give more leeway to "hypesters" and "bashers" than I thought (freedom of speech and all that)...
* You can not make statements that you know are false and that can be proven to be false. However, the so-called "hypesters" and "bashers" are in theory able to express any opinion, including "I think it's going to rocket up" or "I think it is a scam".

DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY DGIV WAS A SCAM? OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

YOU DID MENTION:

Message 5091926
"Amazing... I get accused of being a shill merely for pointing out the negatives of this company, while people who appear to be paid promoters hyping the stock are proclaimed as heroes on this thread"

NO. FIRST, WHO ARE THE PAID PROMOTERS ON THIS THREAD? PERHAPS LIBERTY WAS, BUT THEY ARE NO LONGER WITH DGIV. TELL US, PLEASE, WHO ARE THE PAID PROMOTERS ON THIS THREAD, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. SECOND, WITHOUT DOING YOUR DD ON THE COMPANY ITSELF HOW CAN YOU POINT OUT THE NEGATIVES OF THIS COMPANY?

YOU MADE A GOOD POINT ABOUT FILING:

Message 5163478
The OTC market consists of unlisted securities. Issuers of these securities often have no reporting obligations to any federal regulatory authorities. There are no minimum required standards."

BUT, THEY DID, YOU SAID IT YOURSELF:

Message 5150378
since they haven't filed any financial reports, except for the 10SB12G filed almost 2 years ago

AND WE ARE WAITING FOR ONE NOW, WHICH, ACCORDING TO ROGER T. AT DGIV, SHOULD BE OUT SOON. DID YOU GET THE LAST COMPANY NEWS LETTER?

FINALLY, YOU GAVE US A SUGGESTION ABOUT HOW YOU WERE PLANNING TO SPEND YOUR SUMMER.

Message 5044520
Not having to worry what happens to the market means that I can enjoy the summer time, go camping, leave town for a few days, and not have to care what happens to the market. A lot of people on this thread must spend endless hours tracking the price movements in the stocks and the indexes. As for me, I'd rather be more relaxed and enjoy the nice weather and the girls in bikinis!

FUNNY, FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO ENJOY THEIR SUMMER, YOU ARE SPENDING AN AWFUL LOT OF TIME ON THE DGIV THREAD.

ABOUT BIKINIS, I CAME ACROSS THIS MESSAGE.

Hi Paul,
That's quiet a homepage ::: members.aol.com everything from links to sites on NASA to sites that you must be 18 to enter... sites on drugs.... sites on censorship.... oh, and all that anti-USA stuff is quiet interesting -- NOT!!(what do you call them the Unfree States of America). This is your homepage, right? Correct me if I'm wrong!!!
I have to say, that I have a hard time listening to anyone with a homepage like this. SORRY.
Silver

I GUESS ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT DGIV HAS TO SEE YOUR "BIGGER" PICTURE AND DECIDE.

AGAIN, IT MAY NOT BE FAIR TO CRITIQUE YOU BASED ON YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES, BUT IT IS NOT FAIR TO CALL DGIV A SCAM IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY DD ON THE COMPANY.
OR, IT IS NOT FAIR TO SAY THE COMPANY HAS "unverifiable claims of new business deals" WHEN WE HAVE VERIFIED THEM OURSELVES BUT YOU HAVE NOT.

CONTINUE TO ENLIGHTEN US ABOUT THE FIELD, I AND I AM SURE MANY APPRECIATE IT. BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR OTHER ACCUSATIONS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANNOT SUPPORT THEM.
THANKS.

Paul, I don't wish your unhappiness, but I must admit that it makes me very happy to know that it upsets you that I invest my own personal money into DGIV :-) I am going to be buying more of it this week, and I hope that really upsets you. Oh, and even though I know it did not make any difference, as just a small token of my gratitude for your concern about my investments, I bought a little Yahoo this last week. I would not have otherwise bought Yahoo, since it is way overvalued, but because of your short position on it I bought just a little as a token :-)

Paul, you better check the NASDAQ BB listings in the newspaper. NASDAQ BB stocks do not automatically get delisted if the stock price goes under $4.
