Without trying to minimize the privacy issue, it will be interesting
to see what PHV does now. It appears to me that the company is
trying to divert attention from its own serious problems by going
after individuals posting on the Yahoo board. These individuals are
not the cause of PHV's current difficulties.

Isn't it possible that PHV has just validated the criticisms
levelled against it with its heavy handed tactics?

Kerry, excellent find. At the very least it shows that the SEC is aware that some people feel there is a "problem". How they choose to deal with the issue, if at all, should be quite interesting.
