Duh, why do you act so ignorant.

To put it in language you can understand, "Duh, why are you so ignorant."

MPI took 20% on the dollar right now so when the stock is over 5-8 per share in 2 years their investment has multiplied many times over versus the 10%-15% on the properties they own.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, takes 20 cents on the dollar in paper when they can have the dollar in cash today.

Make you a deal. For every $100 of equity in your house, I'll give you $20 dollars of EDII stock which I will purchase on the open market. Oh maybe you don't have a house. How about a car? I'll give you 20% of Blue Book paid in EDII stock.

That's a better deal than MPI got (assuming of course that the property does have a net asset value of $2.5 million) since you can sell the stock tomorrow. You gotta love it!

Really with all your numbers and such you shouldn't ask such logical questions, it makes you look quite foolish.

Really you shouldn't play with numbers, same thing as babies with matches.

JMHO

Oh, Mitch, Mitch, Mitch - faced with a post like this #reply-5193267 you could say this?;

"...you shouldn't ask such logical questions, it makes you look quite foolish."

Clearly you have progressed to operation of a computer.
Should operation of a mind be so far behind?

Whatever MPI took for those assets is their market value today.

In the 'REAL WORLD', if you want to know what something is worth, you match up offers to buy and offers to sell, and where they cross, that's the market value.
