Hello! I bought some of this stock when I heard that MCI and AT&T were planning to offer this type of technology in the Fall, or early next year. I understand that RACE was working with AT&T to test this system. Is it possible that there is some interest by either MCI of AT&T to partner with this company?? I also understand that any plan to takeover this stock would "kick-in" a "poison pill" clause?? Does anyone know the details?

BP-- I actually forgot I only sold 900 of my lot (to keep my account open at a certain broker)...so I'm still the proud owner of 100 shiny, new, over $1 RACE shares!!! My statement on RACE is amazing (just reminiscing (sp?)) buys @ 10, 12, 16, 19 sells @ 16.5, 11.5 and 5...Unfortunately none of those go together like you might expect!!!...what will the last entry be????hmmmm....$1? $2...i almost think 0 would be more poetic!!
