What is your point?

I assumed Jack owns some of those shares. He is the CEO and President. In any event they are restricted.

LE, I can see where you are going and the answer is absolutely not-- JC did not sell them the land...

Try another twist...

LE,

I think what Turboe is trying to say is

2) ICVI issues 50 MM new shares. They go to MTEI in the reverse. MTEI already owns the land and brings it to the table. Therefore, MTEI management are the current owners of old shell of ICVI as well as the property owners.

What you are trying to imply actually proves that the old management of ICVI is no longer in control of MTEI. They gave the controlling shares to MTEI in the reverse.

This is my understanding of the scenario. BTW, we HAVE been over this many times.

Eric

Little Engine, Ive read your last 30 posts or so and this is what they appear to say...

...I really don't care about answers, I just keep asking questions that only the company is qualified to answer.

...I really don't want answers, because if I did, I could simply call the company instead of asking people on this thread who not only don't know these answers, but shouldn't know them.

...I am down to only a handful of valid questions, maybe if I keep asking them over and over, I will build some creditability for myself.

You're like a tired old record. How often can you keep asking the same questions?

Scott

LE--

The following two posts would appear to offer a partial answer to your questions.

Jo JO,

You are greedy! I don't blame you though. I bought 2 days ago at .33, I swear I thought I might get some more at .29 but didn't happen. I,m holding now 31k shares avrg to .50. If she goes down more, i'm gonna just buy on dips and hold long. I've talked to Jack U., Mark Tow an attorney and 50 million shareholder personally. (He sold the WV land to MTEI for shares in the company, that's how much faith he has in MTEI)I have alot of faith in this company and the things they are doing. I'm not going anywhere for a long time with this one.

Everyone have a great and safe 4th!

Brandy

Janice,

Tow just happens to be an attorney. He and a group of investors that he represents, owned the property in WV and sold to MTEI for shares of MTEI. They recieved no monetary remuneration for this acreage. They believe strongly enough in MTEI and Jack Uselton to do this.

Hope this answers your question.
