>> I have enemies who are wealthy and have done just
about everything they can get away with to further my financial hardships. I had a
breath of financial health, but my capital is now in jeopardy--it is not likely to be
enough to support my family. I would like to explain the details so that others could
learn more from my experience, but I am afraid that information could be used to
finish me off in short order. God knows. Only the fool acts as if there were no God.
May my enemies be blessed with wisdom.

First of all, I hope your health is better. Second, this market has hurt a lot of short sellers a lot since the valuations have been thrown out; it does not look like a good time to short stocks that are momentum backed (or others for that matter?). I have heard the argument to keep a lot of margin etc but when the Internet stocks go up 3 times with 2 splits against you, it can become hard to keep the margin and even if one did the potential for losses can be high. It is hard to say when and how it will end; but history has shown that it can get quite manic before it does.
Third, if you really want to share your experience that can be benficial to others and you fear that someone may harm you based on your identity, you can always get a trial membership account and post.
Good luck..

Sorry to hear that Marconi. My father always taught me that if somebody swings at you- deck them. I have been caught in unpleasent situations in the past myself and I have learned to ALWAYS watch my back. If I believe somebody is my friend, I will do anything to help them. If they are my enemy, I will do anything I can to bury them. I am in such a battle now myself that requires the help of a major law firm. It has nothing to do with my investments but my adversary is quite large. My point? Don't surrender because if you are right you will win.

Hank
