Good evening Paul,

I like that list!

Now let's watch the stock price keep up with the growth in the earnings stream that all this good news implies.

RE: "The Asian plummet has abated.."

Dream on.

RE: Given any set of data, such as Intel's recent earnings report, Kurlak will see bad news surrounding each and
every data point.

And your "around the clock" SI vigil will see good. Are you paid to be here? I suppose you deny kurlacks good calls.

RE: Intel's networking technology is steadily growing.

Just like performers 3com, cabletron, bay.

RE: Intel's Stock Investment Portfolio will increase their balance sheet

OK but which are likely to achieve the intel ROE just reported? (I mean it was impressive)

RE: Future technology - MERCED - to base growth on in next century - with NO COMPETITION.

This is the key. Although the need for 64 bit desktops should be interesting.

Paul,
RE:" Great possibilities may present
themselves in wireless phones, hand held PDAs, and various
"intelligent appliance" applications."

Wow, you admit you agree with Fuchi. Wonders never cease.

Paul, re:Intel's new market segmentation strategy, allowing Intel to exploit their technology
lead and reap ample profits from high end segments (workstations, servers) in which
Intel's competitors have no products.

Watch what you're saying!!! Don't you know the FTC and SEC are reading these threads for evidence. <ggg>

StrongARM - Intel now has a very low power/high performance/small die RISC chip ideal for
many embedded and hand held applications. Great possibilities may present themselves in
wireless phones, hand held PDAs, and various "intelligent appliance" applications.

What do you think the profitability of StrongARM will be given that Intel must (?) pay a licensing fee to ARM?
