Things were and are getting done at the company with or without Yarmack's help. Understand this Yarmack knows squat about the oil patch. He will be helpless unless current management stays on to further develop the properties.

Hi Steven, called the TA this morning. As of today the current Shares Outstanding 13,164,790. Restricted 3,376,654 . I haven't heard anything from Mr Yarmak. Waiting along with everyone else. The assets are there, there is proven oil reserves, The swabbing method has been tested with satisfactory results. While other methods may be used down the road, for now this is one way of keeping lifting cost down. Hopefully once the infield drilling continues, there will be a few wells producing 60 to 150 bpd. Bigfoot has this potential. Do you or anyone else have information regarding current tax credits for marginal wells? Christine
