I am sure its the CA deal. I think when SAP hits the street PSFT will move up with them. Furthermore, I am buying here.

psft services revenue is growing faster than license revenue. The deferred revenue also shows software sales declined from 1st quarter. psft growth is moderating, with a high pe ratio finding the bottom in a bad ERP market can be tricky.

Compuware cpwr which is an enterprise stock (but not an ERP vendor) posted blowout earnings yesterday and the stock is up 6. So CA is not affecting everybody - I think psft numbers were a disappointment.
