What more can be said? Excellent work as always by Dr. DD Hayes.
Jersey meets Western oil man. Would have loved to have heard that repartee .

David - I too spoke with Mike today and he related your conversation. Not the substance but the fact that it happened. Glad that you were encouraged. Now, let's see some upward movement.

Thanks for your post David!
I'm glad to see HK take an interest in what is going on and
join in that conversation. You have done what I know of no
other poster doing! YOU the Man! YOU make the wheels turn!

A "rat hole" is a shallow drilled hole where (if I can remember
correctly) heavy drill collars are set while waiting to be placed
on or taken off the "string" of pipe. AND a "mouse hole" is
where a single joint of pipe is set while waiting to be placed
on or off the "string" of pipe. I think that is right. Funny
how quickly one forgets things.
Want to know what the "V-doors" are? <ggg>

Well, I'm back to see what is going on. Man, what some people
won't do for attention! <g>
I've never seen so many new faces! CSMA is a interesting thread
to say the least.

One thing is fro sure, things are for one thing getting very
deep. And for another there is quite a bit of denial going
on here. JMHO
I'm reading the stories and explainations and hate to get into
the middle of this again. One thing appears to me. And that is
that for the most part, the thread takes HK's and Millis' word
for what they are saying. (via someone posts what their conversation
on the thread) I'm not attacking the messenger here!!! Please
keep that in mind. What I'm saying is the new posters that are
posting their "info" and accusations on the thread and they get
attacked and the thread wants the "info" verified. Did anyone
ask HK or Millis to verify their statements? Just wondering.......

If one is to be accountable, ALL should be accountable! JMHO

I hope me as a poster, not a messenger in this case, does't get
attacked for stating a couple of opinions and observations.

Thank you!
Comments welcome.

FWIW - I updated the CSMA header. If anyone disaproves, they can
respond and the entire header can be changed if need be.

David,
I revisited your post after catching up on the thread.
I want to pick a little.

#1 Answered by H K Elrod

Does CSMA have adequate capital in place for whatever has to be done to get the
Envirotec well into operation and procede with their business plan when that is completed?

CSMA has the capital in place to be able to progress with this operation. Money is not a
factor in completing this operation.

I too wonder how much is "set aside" to take care of the expenses
needed to complete this project?

#2 Answered by Elaine Cawley and Mike Millis

What does the compnay see as any problems arising from a timely completion of the
reverse merger with BUFF?

When doing the preparation to merge with BUFF and the filings that must take place with
the SEC, a lot can depend on lawyers and CPA's doing what must be done in order to
submit the paperwork to the SEC. The SEC then has a certain time period for reviewing
the application and also may send back to the company any points on which they have
asked for clarification. This in turn would start some of the process over again.( It IMO is
a very complicated process to say the least and could be subjected to unexpected delays
for reasons beyond a companies ability to predict on a timely basis). That is why in the
press release from the company a tenative date can be established, but would be improper
to set that date in stone as it may or may not change.

OK, about what the last news released said.

#3 Answered by H K Elrod

Does M3 currently have any relationship with CSMA

NO. They are not currently involved in any capacity.

There has been no official announcement has there?

And finally, I'm fairly confident there was more discussed that
you choose, for your own reasons, not to share with the thread.
I of course could be wrong. BUT, it is MY Opinion, that more
was discussed. I believe you need not post the chit-chat that
is normally done at the opening or closing of most conversations.
Hey, the news interviewers do it, right?
I'm just curious that's all. IF there is anything of interest
that compels you to believe everything is A-OK?

Forgive me for wanting more info. I'm addicted I guess.
I'm sure this is one reason I'm always accused of attempting to
"squeeze" info from others. <g>

Have a good one!
