Ken, I have not read the remaining posts yet to see if anyone solved your problem so just is case here goes.

DO NOT try to unzip the file. Just copy to the "INCOMING" sub-directory under the (I will assume Drive C) C:\QP2DATA directory. Then go to the QP2 Icon "Update Database" and run that program. It will do the unziping and update for you.

Where the h... is Gary? Or someone. Market opens in one hour.

Gary is a person that as CEO of a growing firm has many responsiblities that would tax lesser men. Thursday he was away getting ready to address over 85 experienced TA users of which over 50% use QP for EOD data.

We should feel blessed that he can find time to address the problems, he has, here. You don't see members of management of other programs showing their face on the web.

I have been around the flag pole many times, I have learned what is important and what is a passing blip. USE e-mail and the phone to report problems and be assured that QP does not want these problems and will do anything they can to eliminate them.
