"On July 15, 1998, the Company was notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. that the Company's common stock price did not meet the requirements of Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5). The Company would again be compliant with the rule after the stock price exceeds the one dollar requirement for ten consecutive trading days; as of today, the stock price has met this requirement for the last seven trading days." Why didn't they wait three more days before announcing?
