Thanks for the info, Mark; learning more and more. So, ADPT was precluded Friday from buying back even a single share - interesting. Nice to see there's a free-market support price somewhere north of cash value!

Does the 48-hour rule apply to trading days or real time? In other words, are they precluded from buying on Monday as well, or does the restriction expire today (Saturday)?

Do you know any other company-buyback rules? Are there other periods (such as quiet time before earnings) when buybacks are prohibited?
I'd like to get a feel for how to detect when the company might be repurchasing.
