As Reasons had said and I'm in full agreement, if PRWT was a complete sham and with many of the negative items that have been presented the MM's would have shorted this into the ground. There's a great deal of unity on this thread but they do have far deeper resources then the sum of our parts. This is a big game and with the volume this stock has traded over the last six weeks they would make a mint covering at .005, the fact is they can also get hung if our feelings on PRWT are correct. This stock will continue to base at our current levels until it becomes crystal clear which side is correct...

Reasons? DealMaker? Legal Beast? Anyone? Anyone?

Where is the specific location of the building project? What real estate agency is handling the sales for the project? That will enable me to call real estate agents, attorneys, and local citizens about the project. I will then be happy to report my findings to the thread.

If the deal is with the current govt. (the UDP) why would the govt. keep it secret or deny its existence? In an election year wouldn't they want everyone to know what great guys they are providing housing for the citizens of Belize?

If the PRWT deal is with the opposition party, why didn't PRWT say so in its press release? Wouldn't such a deal be speculative, based on the PUP coming into power?

In a country of only 200,000 people, about 45,000 of whom are school-age, how could there be no evidence of such a major mortgage and building project in papers, real estate web sites, the Channel 5 news, etc.?

If the Belize deal "falls through, for whatever reason, would it take more or less than 2 months for the shareholder lawsuits to force the company into bankruptcy?

Based on some of the posts, it appears that some shareholders are being told info. by the company, but being told not to share it publicly. Is it legal for a company to selectively disseminate info. to some shareholders, but not to others? Is it legal for such individuals to trade on that info.?

Go back and read the 6/11 PR.

The 4th paragraph plainly states that the PASS-THRU certificate totaling 10 mil is already in place "in the secondary market".
there is where the confusion is. where in the secondary market?
thats where it stops for us and the other country takes over?
read next // subject to final documents // I believe this is what needs to be cleared up and why John is leaving monday with his people. The final documents and confusion this has caused may speed things up.

Clarification>>>>on the confusion<<<<<
We are not a bank doing banking in belize. We are a banc. possibly the PASS THRU certificate is with a bank there. the central bank? everyone is correct here no one is wrong its a misunderstanding between banks and a holding company banc(PRWT), they are not the same. big difference.

The government is doing everything correctly and we PRWT are doing everything correctly too. //subject to final documents//

the clarification is in the PR.

there will be more clarification soon too because of the confusion this has caused.
when this is all cleared up. along with the insider trading.
like someone kept saying over and over yesterday WOW
