very weak

As far as discussing Sid vs Fred, you are the one who backed off. We discussed Sid's strategy at length in the weeks leading up to the AGM. But when the issue of Fred's qualifications came up you avoided discussing any of the points and just tried to change the subject. very weak.

sh,

you are were not there and have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about! I know what the priest said and i know what he meant. His exact words were" the only votes that should count are the people who took the time and money to attend."

As far as sid being smug------he was confident and kept control of the meeting. The only time it seemed that he did not want to answer questions was when the fred group kept trying to vote their illegal proxies and the people from montreal trust had already explained why it would be against canadian law to let them do so. After all points were voted on there was a question and answer phase. Sid completely answered every question that was put to him, even the david snow nonsense!

As far as a special shareholders meeting---i have no problem with that except that it would be a waste of naxos money. Go ahead and call one!
As far as your comments on the latest ledoux release---kemp was advised by the securities atty for the firm that they should put out that release. You guys kill me---if they do not put out a release then they are holding back info. If they do put out a release they should have held it back. which is it? they released what they knew and that was the right thing to do. It showed integrity! of course, fred told me he would have held back that info. BTW, when fred was appointed COO one of the first things he did was to call blumberg and tell him to stop checking into the problem ledoux was having with naxos ore. I wonder what his motive for that was.( he did that behind managements back of course.

Do you have any idea what freds plan is for the company? I do.....he has none. His only plan is to continue to look into JL....Current management is doing exactly that. They are also continuing to look into conventional and they are examening other properties. Fred doesnt like sid and wants sids job but fred has no plan for the company beyond the things the company is already doing.
The best things the company has going for it right now are john norton, jeremy ison and CPM.........if fred took control from sid they would all be gone.
Someone on this thread questioned john nortons credential, i am not sure if it was you. The person who questioned his credentials directed mark silvers to do some real DD and check out nortons education and so forth. Well, i called several south african mining companies. The mining community there is like a tight little village. They all know eachother. Each of the people i spoke to had the highest praise for john norton and his qualifications. we are lucky to have him!

Thank you
Larry Macklin
