Mr. Reece,
RMIL was halted not due to your warnings, it was halted due to complaints from Messrs. Mork and Kugler. Allow me to quote from the same source as you:
------"When the stock went up to $3.00, Mork had to put a lot more money in his
account to cover the short. It was then apparent that Zapara was now the
enemy. Mork embarked on a program to discredit OVIS."------

------" Every regulator in the country was notified...."------

The SEC's interest in you is plainly defined in Mr. Merfeld's post. It comes across as quite odd that you are threatening anybody when you appear to be up to your neck in legal woes. My advice to you would be to remain silent.
Mr. Puhrty is quite clear about Mork going to the regulatory agencies to halt trading in RMIL. I would think Messrs. Mork & Kugler would appreciate you refraining from expounding on this very delicate subject besides. The S.I. archives will reveal those who are involved with RMIL on behalf of Mr. Mork. Your name, as well as your reputation, will be associated with those names.

Good Day

RBM

*****Then would you like to also explain how you failed to reveal to the SEC
the fact that you apparently have up to 4 different brokerage accounts??*******

Maybe you would be sweet enough to inform RMIL long shareholders
* why didn't you ever reveal to us that GRNO gave you $20K worth of stock discounts to hype GRNO?
* why didn't you tell us GRNO gave you $600 worth of computer upgrades to hype GRNO on S.I. and other message boards?
* why didn't you tell us that they paid for your trips ?
* why didn't you tell investors you were a limited partner of GRNO?

We appreciate the fact that a guy like you who has been sued by the SEC is bashing our investment. We hope the SEC looks closer at martin, tonto and Kugler too, since you were all shareshaking together as part of one big group. We know why s martin stopped posting last night after Daddy Bigs sent him a PM with new information about more behavoir unbecoming to a broker. We know that the SEC will put 2 and 2 together eventually no matter how many posts are deleted or destroyed.
We know you think you're beyond the law Reece, but we don't think so. I'm ready to buy all the 144's RMIL will let me!

Sure thing. The SEC knows about my accounts and trades. A simple search on the SEC's part would reveal if I lied in my official responses to them. As to my exact number of brokerage accounts to you and anyone else, well I have at least one but less than 10.

Have I closed any of them and moved to one brokerage firm? Maybe, but that's none of your business.

Do I use more than one brokerage firm? Maybe.

Are all my accounts at one brokerage firm? Maybe.

Did I trade over 8 million dollars in one account? Maybe, the SEC and NASD would have that information, along with the IRS.

As of this year, do I have a $400,000 tax loss carry forward for a stock loss? Maybe.

You see Ron V. Reece, I don't have to answer one single question that you or any other nay asks me. I don't care what you or they think. You see, I know that I am in the right, and that I am not, nor have I ever been anything except a shareholder that buys and sells securities with my own funds. Something you and a few others should try.

I love the fluff that you claim about me getting alleged inside information concerning RMIL and other stocks. I would think that inside information usually occurs and those with it make money on it. If there was any inside information going on, I believe it may have been from GRNO to a certain GRNO limited partner that appears to have been receiving alleged benefits for said newsletter publishing to GRNO shareholders. (Try full disclosure about your alleged activities in the future, it may save you next time.)

In the long run, all shareholders have to really do to fight the blatant corruption by MM's and other shorts is to buy a stock, and repeat the process until they have the float and then some locked up. Then call the certificates and force the shorts to buy-in's. The main problem here is that the MM's and their paid employees and other short sellers go on a tear to discredit real long term shareholders by spreading lies and total misinformation in their attempts to cause weaker shareholders to panic sell. Mix that with fake wire releases from short sellers, and bogus web sites, and the hacking of RMIL company web site to steal private shareholder requests for information packets and information and then to post that information here on SI. Yes this does happen and it appears that the NASD has begun to go after certain brokerage firm MM's for this blatant fraud and price settings.

So I guess this all means. I ain't selling, and other shareholders and I will force those cretins that have tanked our stock stop their illegal actions and tactics! And if this leads to uncovering criminal acts by market makers and other short sellers and their cohorts, then let them pay with their time and money.
