SCSI will stay (until it gets cheaper) where it always has been - for servers and power users. Try hooking up more than 2 devices to your OEM computer (that has 1 free IRQ) and you'll quickly rethink SCSI. As long as there are servers and people who want the best performance with the least tradeoffs (excluding price, of course), SCSI will be around. As for "everything will be network", I've heard so many conflicting stories of the future it's ridiculous. Everything from Java will run the world to WebTV will run the world. Don't put too much stock in what the "computer experts" say (and many consider myself one), because mostly, they just spout off the latest article they have read that predicts the end (or beginning) of every product under the sun. llater, Tony
