I have one question. Please respond. How do you get a 33K average loan on property that is selling for $12K and $10K as per belize.com Is this for finished homes? I dont understand? Why would a home builder be selling property with no homes on it? I am confused. Wouldn't that be the job of a real estate brokerage? If this is indeed what they are doing how do we get the price up to 33K average? Meaning there are some more or less than that? If anybody can clear this up it would be appreciated.
