Why does Ron Insana feel the need to always interrupt when someone is continuing with a salient running commentary.

He just did it with Liz what's her name from Bear Sterns on Taking Stock; she was in the middle of her take on Disney's World class franchise name and what it means to a company's stock valuse and he butts in with an irrelevant sidebar.
