Regarding defections:

Notice that neither the CFO nor Treasurer hold CPAs. Just my opinion, but they possibly got in over their heads, and the board decided to find more qualified alternatives. Just an observation.

As for the Asian Sales Manager, I would not be surprised if he simply got a better deal elsewhere? He obviously didn't make much $ the last two quarters, relatively speaking. He may have wanted out of the Asian market altogether. Who knows?

Chris, regarding the low director ownership, geesh, buying now would be a no-brainer double if Intel was rumored to offer 20-22. It's a quad if they feel they could hold out for $40. (oh yeah I forgot, they like to be handed fistful of options for dirt, not pay what we have to). I complained long ago I would have like to have seen ADPT off the Nasdaq, but mgmt would never go for it as they could sell double the volume of shares as the Naz reports double the volume and the amount they can sell is related to the volume. Adpt mgmt has ALWAYS sold out.

Seems like the rats are leaving the ship before all those class action suits hit. It's much easier to look innocent if, when on trial, you can say you left because you found out of their unethical practices - after you exercise your options at the top of course ;-)
