Is SEC still investigating Globus and Co for raising 339 million dollars under false pretenses? According to the article this investigation was started prior to Parriti moving in on Cannon films. I believe there is a website catologing SEC investigations.

If I remember right, Cannon kept on borrowing tons of money to produce bigger budget, but, unfortunately, similar quality B-films. The plan didn't work and despite allegations of funny accounting methods to hide the fact, Cannon eventually fell.

Looking foward to renting the new Delta Force for 20 shares of MVEE.
