Duncan,

Do you think he has enough independent corroborating evidence to prevent her from doing a Hubbell?

Can a felon be allowed to continue to serve as Prez?

I think so: the constitution contains a clause dealing with a president's being temporarily incapacitated, although it does not specifically mention a prison sentence.

Personally, I am in favor of allowing Clinton to serve the rest of his term provided that he wears an electronic monitoring device, and a warning "Beware of Sexual Predator" is posted on all doors leading to the Oval Office.

Thanks for the link. From the article, "Mike McCurry said of Clinton's reaction. "She has indicated that she is going to testify truthfully. If she does, it should present no problem to the president."

Sounds to me like they are setting up the spin that if she says anything that conflicts with what Clinton says they will come out claiming that she is lying and has been pressured by Starr to lie in exchange for immunity. After all, who do you believe, some star-struck girl who made up these fantasies of having sex with her idol, or the President of the United States?

You heard it here first!
