My personal opinion is that Bill Clinton is no less honest, and no less a womanizer, than 2 of the top corporate leaders in the country: Bill Gates and Larry Ellison. (Gates being a mite dishonest, Ellison the womanizer).

I also believe, that in many ways, the CEO of MSFT very critical to the future of the country (as are Greenspan and some other key offices) and approaches the presidency in terms of importance. Also, corporate leadership is in many ways an "elected official". Are you going to hold these guys to that same standard? If so we're in trouble economically.
