To All,
Just talked to Dan Boyar, He stated that they will be able to close on property early Tues or Wed. of next week. He stated that it will save WestAmerica money the earlier they close. They will put out PR as soon as they close. They will file SEC 10k shortly thereafter. Hope all goes according to plan will find out next week. Looks like the beginning. Next thing to look forward to is Nasdaq BB Listing about 4 to 6 weeks after SEC 10K.

Nothing really. In fact, I don't have access to anything that hasn't already been discussed with the exception of the bid and ask. And so far, that hasn't changed. I guess all we can do now is wait for WACC to do what they've been promising.
