Reuters reporting Clinton will testify by videotape on August 17. Clinton is to be allowed to have counsel present. What is Starr thinking? He should have stuck to his guns and made Clinton testify without counsel in front of the grand jury. No one is above the law not even (and most especially) the President. JLA
