Had a lot of post to go thru tonight, but sure was worth it.
Nice going LegalBeast. Can't believe after all the nice things coming to light on our PRWT, someone is upset because OTC was left off the news.
I especially like your conversation with a competitor who had such nice things to say about Mr.Williams. That doesn't happen to often. Looks like John picked us another winner!
Belize films were great and ***OT***
Mr. Hayden wasn't bad either. LOL. Wonder if he has ever considered a ZORRO part? good night all

Legal or anyone else: Could one of you guys put together all the latest numbers of anticipated revenues, expenses etc....and come up with a "flat" share price we should be at and also an inflated value as well, as I am a neophyte in this area. I will give you what I have.

I have compiled information from the Company's PR's and other DD performed by many. If we are realistic and understand that each PR is an estimation and very "forward looking", I reduce all company projections by 20%-30%. So, I came up with .10-.12 cents per share, non inflated. Inflated: .18-.36 cents per share. I wont go into how I derived these figures, for I may not have a clue. But what is apparent to me is that this stock price is well worth more than a nickel.

I would appreciate and I think others would as well, if someone fairly comfortable with calculating these numbers would project them in the near future.

Thanks

Rockets

Re: Claiming to be NASDAQ vs. OTC:BB

I did a random sampling of some of the OTC:BB stocks that I follow (PINC, TSIG, TSIS). They all referred to themselves correctly as OTC:BB stocks in their press releases. PRWT's practice of referring to themselves as a NASDAQ stock is misleading in my opinion (perhaps it's just an honest mistake). Of course, anyone with half a brain can confirm whether or not a stock is listed on NASDAQ by looking the symbol up on a quote service. I hope that people do such DD before they invest their money.

Having a NASDAQ listing lends credibility to a company. Despite what LB says, there is a distinction. It is not a common practice for OTC:BB companies to refer to themselves as NASDAQ or NASDAQ:OTC BB.

LegalBeast posted:

The BB system is part of Nasdaq. Sometimes you will see it as Nasdaq OTC, sometimes Nasdaq BB sometimes Nasdaq OTC-BB, Sometimes Nasdaq Pink Sheets, and sometimes just Nasdaq

This is incorrect. The BB system is not part of NASDAQ. While members of the NASD provide quotes and make markets in BB stocks it is a separate system. Stocks traded on the NASDAQ have much more stringent requirements than BB stocks.

The Pink Sheets is a completely different non-electronic quotation system where bids can be quoted without asks and vice versa (one sided quotes).
