ISOMAN-Tahnks for the update, looks like I need to send my resume down to Belize and show them how to get in and out of a subdivision with HIGH profits.

200 homes a year min.= 10 yrs of employment. 400 = 5yrs even better.
Pre-fab means mobile homes and set them on site. Wonder to the manufactuer is.

I just as soon do the dirt work, utilities, off site improvements. Thats good for awhile!
