Peter - Re. No one submitted any code that wasn't fail safe, it was a very small % of actual code thats in use. This industry from what I see is far ahead of testing since its so critical for the public confidence and there was plenty of $ to fix the right (file expansion).

So, they tested a small % of the corrected code and think everything else is ok? What does it mean: they are far ahead of testing if only a small % of the code was corrected and submitted for the test? Ram
