The SJM article just prints rumors from unidentified "sources." Lashinsky has been wrong before.

Even the rumor is true, as the article says $ 800 million is small change compared to ASND's market value, SRA is down 50 % from high and ASND has more than doubled so timing could not be better. This is not a mega merger like CSCC. Bet if the deal goes thru stock will surge again.
