anyone,

I'd be careful about sending too much stuff the SEC's way. If the majority of what you send them is basically fluff, you'll just get yourself a reputation for "crying wolf". Save your SEC communications for the really egregious material where you can either make a really good circumstantial case or outright prove manipulation. It's not as easy as it sounds.

anyone, the thing that you don't understand is that "fraud" occurs when money changes hands. One such fraud that the SEC has recently closed down was a company that claimed to be a time machine company. They claimed that if they were unable to invent the time machine, that the company would use the time machine in the future to send the plans back to them once they started the company. It would not be fraudulent for them to claim to have started such a company. The fraud occurred when they accepted people's money as an investment. There are too many people who would have reported someone to the SEC for posting that the entire idea was ludicrous, and that anyone who invested in it should have their heads examined.

It is not speech that is illegal. Receiving money under false pretenses is. Again, I would like you to explain your vague challenge, that you have referred to so many times, but seem to be unable to detail.

Not inflamed at all, Anyone.
I'm not sure what makes you think that, but any ways; our debate is impossible to figure out, since if someone did consistently illegally manipulate a stock and get away with it, so we would never find out obviously. I do agree that almost anyone who did that would eventually get in plenty of trouble; but if someone with the IQ of Einstein (and maybe the style of James Bond) devoted his whole life to getting away with illegal stock manipulation @ Silicon Investor then they would be smart enough to do it.

Anyways this topic is starting to bore me (I'm only 18 give me a break,) so off to the PM board(the best value stock I've found after endless value searching.)
