Someone correct me if I am wrong, but after a reverse split I believe whatever number of shares are authorized for a company are still authorized. In other words, for every share that is left after the reverse, there are 99 more that can then be issued.

Bob...I am with you on this one...should be cheaper after the split and that would be my entry. Excellent point with the 1.45 million outstanding...one which I have been thinking about lately. Sure eliminates some of the short players when you cannot get stock to cover....maybe the plan wasn't that dumb after all. Am keeping all my options open on this one...looking to start picking up ADOT this week...keep me posted on the ADOT thread....thanks...
