Sounds like it's better to give up at this point and let McIntosh fade away quietly....this type of poster just likes to see his slant put into print and will, I'm sure, continue, as long as any of us give him an opening...and each response is an opening. These guys don't care about the answers, they just NEED to be the center of attention.

Alastair,
You have some good comments but you are also repeating ground covered. LegalBeast, exbrent (& probably others) have answered directly to you.

Your wording is an attempt to suggest PRWT management is not telling the truth: '...if the company is less than truthful...' is not an accurate or honest statement on your part. Why do you assume that they did not have a firm agreement, as printed in this PR. Did you do some DD that proved otherwise?? Our DD show's they did have a business arrangement (backed up with photos of land, people, statements by G. Smith).

You question exbrent's motives, so trace exbrent's postings on this and other threads to get a sense of this person.

So now, we question your agenda! If you are searching, good. We all are. Now, are you going to try and phrase the same question again just to make the company look bad, or do you actually know something we don't?

Roger
