Richard,

I asked about the floorless just after the last 8k was filed
issuing 80 million new shares. Even mentioned the inventor
of the term "Floorless" as Zev Head. Not many here were, or
are familiar with the floorless term. I agree with you that
the stock certainly trades like a floorless. I don't think
naked shorts are the problem here as it would not be worth it
due to the small spread. If ARET wakes up and gets rid of the
floorless funding (if there) and finds a liget funding facility
actually builds some houses and shows some earnings, then
we may have something here. Until then, the traders will rape
it for every 1/64th that they can get on the 1 to 3 million
shares traded each day. Jens...examples of floorless stocks=
KAFE, ADGI are two that I can think of off hand. Nice traders,
but horrible investments.

Richard, thanks for the insight.

That's just what I needed to run my blood pressure up a point or two. I read a post some time back on an unrelated thread that related floorless conversion to reverse-splits as an occasionally used tactic to screw investors. Any idea how this stunt would be executed and why? Thanks.

not sure if any do exist or not.. been told there aren't.. but you know how that goes..

meanwhile, I still hold my shares and have watched the stock actually dip from 3cents back to below where I first bought in at...

but I"m still holding.. the ride up was too quick... unlikely that I would have gotten a good fill should I have sold it all..

I'm just disappointed to see the volume dry up and that the run and the interest didn't last even slightly close to the runup several weeks ago.
