If they had any courage and good sense, they would realise that the better course would be to respond to john's comments in the open light of day on this thread, rather than using shareholders' money to persecute the guy and cover it all up. Just look at Philip's performance since their harassment of posters; canada.bigcharts.com Can you promote your stock by grinding on internet people? Nooooooo They should have studied Greek mythology. Colleen; Thanks for your post and the time you spent to make a phone call. Yes I myself do not like the courts when it comes down to this type of problem but SI is a powerful forum and it is viewed by many.... I have made my mistakes while posting and have learned much one of them being to be responsible in what and how I say something. John can be a great person but he is an adult and words can do much damage to ones reputation. I do not know much about Antares and from what I read in Johns post's he seems not to know much either since their was no facts to back up his claims. Even though it was done in a indirect manner they still got the point across of Management being anything less than competent to as far as being crooks. Let me remind you that this is not a BB stock its on the Toronto Exchange.... from my understanding they are fully reporting and in good standing. I was not attacking you when I asked you the initial question, if you took it that way I apologize. It was your answer back to me that annoyed me and you and me both know what happened. I do believe you are a sincere person and I do respect your opinions on SI but I don't go for people using words like dickhead ect... and flagrantly saying things about people that are not true and slanderous..... you have not done this........ sometimes when we are angry we say things we regret but it is a different story when that anger is on a continual basis without stepping back and realizing the harm we are doing and what our agenda is. I feel I can read people pretty well and I do feel you are a sincere person. I regret that a lawsuit is the only way that Antares thinks this issue can be resolved. I see it as a Lose/Lose. I guess they see it as a Win/Lose. It is all a matter of interpretation as far as I am concerned. I told Mr. Southward that there are a lot of angry posters on a lot of threads, that we tend to ignore them. He responded that people need to be accountable for their actions. Your statement as well as Mr. Southward have merit........ the bottom line is no two people are going to agree with each other..... it's when one makes leading statements for only to shed a poor light on a company or individual that has no other merit than to feed the anger one has no control over by being flipit with ones mouth. The statement on the STAX thread was totally uncalled for I know the Management very well and that Company is in no way a SCAM.. I wish the best with all of your investments as well as the people who hold Antares stock.

Offshore accounts. they tried that one on David Baines. It did not work. Everybody knows Canaccord has a sister brokerage in London England, T.R. Hoare, that handles a lot of Canadian short stock. Well try to prove that Senor Lopez is actually D. Baines. I challenge you. Without somebody turning or a general investigation by the London Exchange succeeding it would never work. It certainly looked that was as Baines resolutely trashed the stock in the Sun and huge short positions accumulated and the price dived.. and it was widely though incorrectly assumed that many administrators in the VSE and in certain news institutions benefited. But it cannot be proved and is totally untrue. The infamous offshore account in a reg S company? For shame Antares ? But we all know those dozens of Bahamian companies who invest are just friends with yachts. That is all. Its legal. We know that. Catherine Mcleod Seltzer has many friends with yachts. Is that a crime? No. Is getting your friends out of the stock at the high a crime? Not if you want them to remain your friends. And who has the money? I dislike lies and innuendo. Unless the filthy accusations of the disbelievers in this fine market can prove their suspicions in a court of law for a Vancouver judge to believe they should keep their mouths shut and their suspicions to themselves.
