An interesting post on LRacco's penny stock board from someone handled BRUKIE, who says he talked with John last night and was told that trading in PRWT might be suspended on the 12th because they have not completed the bookkeeping. I don't know if it's true or not, but I'm passing it along for what it's worth.

Ease up on Tom. It's just his opinion and he's entitled to it. All of the "pieces of evidence" you cited regarding the question of whether PRWT has operations in Belize still do not clear up the claim made by PRWT (officially denied by the Belizean Government) that the government of Belize is backing their mortgages. So far, all PRWT has done is: issue a carefully worded statement by John and removed the two controversial press releases from their site. That is where the credibility problem is. It's a separate issue from the one you addressed. This issue might be moot in most people's minds by now. But, some people (like Tom) have higher standards than others and are not satisfied with PRWT's resolution of the situation. Like it or not, it's hurting the value of the stock.

CollennB.....no offense to anyone on this board, but I don't make investment decisions based on anything posted on a message board. On the flip side I do consider all information and I welcome it. But the bottom line is something posted on this board does not constitute an adequate explanation from the Company (in reference to the Belize matter). As I stated in my previous posts, I hold a small position and will not increase my position until the Company addresses the issue (which they have not done to date). As for investing in penny stocks, I fully understand the risks and hardly consider myself a "nervous nellie" investor as you would put it. I can wait for the Belize explanation. As for PRWT being "used as a pawn" in the Belize elections....thats almost as good as the post I read where some MM had bribed the Belize government to deny the PRWT deal to drive the stock price down...or the one about some "shorts" hacking the Belize Web site. The sad part is some people believe that stuff.
