E. Charters, did you read the info at the FBN site about the FBN NeuralNet processes. I think a close reading would convince a blindman. I have excerpted the product description here for your convenience:

FBN NeuralNet 2000T is a unique, platform-independent hardware product that promises to dramatically slash Year 2000 labor costs. In an exclusive partnership between FBN and bio-silicon pioneer TechniClone Inc., FBN engineers have interfaced to TechniClone's CxBS neural network chip set. The chip set, based on the cross-patented "Blastomere Separation" process, has been in use for over a year, providing bio-technological solutions for various challenges in other industries. Research by FBN engineers has proven its applicability to software diagnostics and repair of the Year 2000 problem.

The problem has always been finding the dates. We thought, why not let the dates find us? After all, no matter how ingeniously dates are coded in software, they ultimately have to be converted to machine readable format for the computer to recognize them. Our NeuralNet 2000T board is programmed to intercept all date calculations at run time, perform the relevant calculation, and then pass a century compliant result back to the CPU for further processing. Obscure date references which are missed by our competitors' products will be automatically sensed by NN2K's normal processing.

FBN NeuralNet 2000T will work for ALL computer languages on ALL operating systems, and can be installed into ANY computer, whether mainframe, mid-range or PC. No software or data changes are required, and there is no performance penalty. FBN claims 0% error rate, thus giving their product a significant advantage over other, more error-prone solutions.

The whole secret to the success of this approach is that the dates come to the board for remediation. Truly unique solution for Y2K problems. Unfortunately, I am not a techie, so I suggest that you call any of the technical staff in Sedona for further clarification. They are always very helpful.

Good luck. Remember, as always, do your own DD.

I attempt to warn people from unwise investments as well as get them in on the ground floor of future Bre-X's.

Subject 10566

Now I think I see why you are here. I hope you don't think this is an unwise investment. There is absolutely no downside to this company. But remember do your own DD. Call the company.

So what are you saying? Do you think this stock is a scam?

What about the pope? Is he a part of the scam?

First of all the system clock is polled by a process that accepts seconds from last date and changes it to two digit years. This calls for a code change that recompiles the entire operating system kernel of most systems.

Precisely!

And that change is done on the fly (at runtime) by the neural net chip. If you had done a little more research on SI you would have found a company called TechniClone that makes these chips. You would have found that these chips are far more dense that anything made by Intel and thus capable of not only storing the entire patched BIOS, but also of storing the code that actually initiates the fix. For more information on CLON, please see: Subject 14222

BTW, any rumors you may have heard about an incompatibility with the neural net board on an NT 5 system using DEC Alpha chips running at 300 mhz and above are not true.

Good One E.
or
The Real Danger

Is getting hyped by a hypester, heheheh, or something like that.
I started to laugh when I saw where you were posting.
Do you think you could actually convince anyone that 40 years is enough time to fix the Y2K problem. You should go to work for one of the big Y2K outfits, have you ever thought of writing press releases for FBNA. <g>
