Well then surely a statement to the effect that any mortgage loans they make will not be guaranteed by Belize would be a good first step in remediating the current situation. That issue would disappear then wouldn't it? Saying nothing just seems to look like they are trying to duck the issue. As it stands they are in the position having the government feel compelled to make a public report repudiating any relationship. I tend to feel that with the financial statements of the company appearing to come within the next week, that will have a much bigger impact on the price.
