Gary more questions...where are the dividends and why are they delayed. Are we over the authorized amount of shares? Are we going to be asked to authorize more shares during this new shareholder meeting....If we are going to be asked to raise the limit of P's then the stop transfers did not work.......Jim

Even though there are stops transfers in place the stock has been issued.

So then the shares Fisher sold got away from the company...Are the stop transfers working, if so then why are we being asked to vote to raise the authorized issued for the P's higher than 350,000 ...Jim
