A few days ago I posted this question, but have not received an answer yet. Anyone know? _________________________________________________________________ I am confused about something dealing with the MTEI lawsuit against Christensen, Gort, Guttman, etc. First I see the following three posts which tell me that "QUASH" means that the defendants filed a motion to avoid having to give depositions, and the judge rejected it: exchange2000.com exchange2000.com Message 5406668 Then I find the following post that contained a statement by Guttman that says the case against him was thrown out of court: Message 5406471 So, where is the case now and what exactly does QUASH mean? Is there still a case pending against these guys, or was it thrown out of court?

stone and shell we are holding strong at .18. stone; the entry on the balance sheet must be equal to the amount mtei paid for the properties. 'so how much are they worth now'. graystone, of course the entry on the balance sheet must be equal to the amount they paid. hence the term, BALANCE SHEET. its a given moment in time reflecting a financial picture. the value of the land, according to accounting standards is the price of the stock times the restricted shares issued at that moment. no determination of the real value can be made by this entry. down the road adjustments can be made to historical costs based on depletion, roi, etc etc. janice - im losing you these days. your going 15 ways from sunday to show everyone jack is to blame for all this but your reaching. too much oliver stone for me, that kind of logic and conspiratorial reasoning screams intellectual laziness, i have come to expect better. if you have something substantive on jack and the gang please be direct but please dont muddy the waters so much that you will be correct no matter what the outcome, its boring. do you read dick francis?, ever think about politics? if jack has anything to do with this, we are done, i do not believe for a second he is responsible for these unfortunate events but im open to hear real arguments, not his nephew drove a truck in oklahoma and what not. make enough absurd unsubstantiated claims and one might come true down the line, then present yourself as a genius problem solver. is that the game, just recklessly shoot from the hip with questions and accusations until something happens. lazy. poet.
