Stepper, that's why I posted that the land deal was closed last week. It does give Dan Boyar more credibility than he had in the eyes of some. I have a call in to Wendy (Sr VP) in charge of new development at American Leisure, she' on a business trip to Florida. I'll post any information she is willing to share. Hopefully, it's the right American Leisure. If you're looking for question, read Tech Buff's message that I copied from Yahoo. See if you can get a simple explanation of how this will play out as far as ownership. I read it a number of times but am still not sure what it says. If you get share count, issued, escrowed, insiders, float #'s would be great to have. Scoop on their web site. JOE
