<<<Your work to this point is unconvincing regarding how insiders are lining their pockets at the public's expense.>>>

No Mike your work is unconvincing. Do you know how ridiculous you sound. Now one will take you seriously with statements like that.

It amazes me how adults with presumably good educations can get on the net and lie lie lie.

Is money that important to you?

MB................disgusted!

I just talked to IR re. today's press conference.

(Before I go on, I would like to say I still own all my shares (for me a lot), and want the stock price to go up.)

1. Reuters was present - and no news implies to me no significant news.
2. Conference was a press conference, not a conference call at 12 PM german time (over 7 hours ago.)
3. IR guy (I say this because he would not give me his name) said he had no knowledge of what was discussed.
4. IR guy said he had to talk to his bosses before he could relate any info.
5. I asked if any major announcements were pending, he said to expect some between now and the 'end of the year'. He would not get any more precise than that.

I did not feel well informed after this call. It seems the press conference did get the share price moving north a little, but there was no new info regarding company operations. I did not get any useful info from the "IR Guy" aside from the fact that Reuters was present. I did tell him I was long quite a few shares. Perhaps, not enough..Perhaps someone else could relate any info they have learned regarding the press conference.

Regards, Dave

Why do you assume that insiders have not been cashing out their equity?

>>> Here is my
opinion: Development stage companies often do not have the access to capital
markets that more established companies have. Higher risk startups capital access is
often via Reg S or Reg D offerings or other convertible debentures that offer
conversion discounts to the holders, dilution to shareholders, and opportunities for
shorting. 1Q98 saw the booking of 5 million shares of stock that afforded the
company 9.6 million dollars in late 97 to complete EPA approval, move mfg. capacity,
and sow the ground for future orders via in vivo trials around the world. <<

All of these things are true. But KLA-Tencor (KLAC), the third-largest semiconductor equipment company in the world, only has twice as many shares outstanding as TRBD.

Looks like some pretty significant dilution to me.
