I remember a "Sign of the Bear" in the OSX at the turn of the year at around 100 and my thoughts for a low was in the 40s. Finally, take a look at the DJI chart considering the Sign of the Bear."

What is your conclusion from all of the above-referenced charts and signs?

Double Bottom Aug 11th, with internals imporving.
Cheap oil is going to stimulate recovery
Interset rates are tame
No infaltion in commodities
China will take up Japans slack
and Zippergate is a joke
Supercaps have not confirmed a bear market,
Investors have gotten the idea that lower returns
are not so bad, and don't mean the end of the world.
So
The Bull is alive and well.
