Any guess as to how many months such a Zenit kabloom would likely cause? (Not that I consider a kabloom likely. I don't.)

Valueman, doug posted on the G* board that I* is reporting a 75% call completion rate and that they don't feel that service can be started until they get to the 95% level. This sounds mucho serious. Evidently the September service start date is completely out the window. How bad is it? Thanks, Mike Doyle
