Greg, Craig, Roger, and Pat,

Craig may be right if you consider the total number of shares held plus outstanding options. In that case the figures look like this (courtesy of the Proxy Statement - May 20, 1998):

Ken Hendrickson bought 5,000 shares holds 30,000 shares or 91,666 including 66,666 shares issuable upon exercise of outstanding options.

Cal Nelson bought 2,000 shares holds 25,000 shares or 113,966 shares issuable upon exercise of outstanding options.

Steve Snyder bought 1,000 shares holds 3,000 shares.

These figures are obtained by adding the current purchases directly to the figures in the proxy statement and would not include any recent option awards.

This does put things in a different perspective since the officers have the opportunity for significant financial gain based on modest price movement.
