JimB, it is fascinating to watch you and rockets run on about "managing a thread" - like the discussion on a thread is so many cattle.

Is that the idea, that you guys like to "manage the news" and help whip up emotions about a stock, leaving the truth about the underlying company a casualty to your purposes? Never mind that what a company has released is not true, or that the business potential is unrealizable, or the asset values are unconscionably exaggerated, eh. Just so long as you can get that stock price up and get on to the next stock to start the cycle again.

Jim-- I have to agree with you there. Anyone who has just heard about this stock and comes here to get some background will get quickly frustrated and discouraged and will probably just give up on PRWT. I've seen it happen on EDII, TSIG and others that the posting turns to off-topic and the stock price goes down.

There are many, many lurkers here who have neither the capability nor the desire to post, but who follow this thread for information on this company. I think this is especially true of the BB stocks, as good information is many times hard to come by on these. These are the people who have speculative cash to buy a few shares somewhere and are considering PRWT, but there are many, many other choices out there where the needed information and DD is readily available, making it easy to skip over PRWT.

I'm not sure anything can be done about this problem, however, other than possibly an "information-only" thread, saving this thread for everything else. That can sometimes be effective.

I agree with you on the long-term outlook here, but some people consider long term to be "days" and are too impatient to wait for things to develop. All you need do is look at the information available on PRWT to see that this is a young company who is following through on a well-prepared business plan (JMHO). But these things take time (as in "years") to develop.

For those of you with a shorter time horizon, I have a suggestion: Do your own DD, find out about the company, call the company, and if you can decide for yourself that this is a good investment, buy some shares with your speculative cash. (My opinion is that now is a great price level.) Then sell some (if you must) into the next price runup (I don't think you'll have to wait long, although you may have to count the days on both hands) to recover your capital. Then sock away your remaining shares and forget them. In a few years you will be glad you did while you wish you had never sold any!

I believe it is in the interest of those of us with a LONG interest in PRWT to strive to keep this thread full of INFORMATION and legitimate questions. I'm not saying that everything should be positive, because every stock has some negative aspects to it. I just think that everything should be relevant information, relevant questions, and factual answers to those questions if they are known. All else should be taken to either PM or a Coffee Shop thread so that those of us who are neither interested nor entertained may be spared.

All of the above is just my opinion...
