Pat: I understand the new COO promised a detailed mission statement with targets , schedules & objectives would be issued after the 100 day learning period was over.

Is this still awaited and if so when is it due?

Thx.

Hi Pat.. that's a new phrase from your posted article.. "takeout bait." Sometimes I wonder where these writers get their education. The phrase "jail bait" is what's being alluded to probably, which makes Newbridge the Lolita of ATM. Certainly hope it didn't allude to the phrase "fish bait."

Trading is expected to be rocky this week due to political baitings... might be some good bottom fishing, so sharpen your hooks.

Jim

Hi Pat,

Sorry to take so long, things like fulltime job, family, irritating little court cases get in the way, you know what its like:-)

Anyway two points I would make

1.''BT is a big customer of Newbridge and that gives investors a better feeling about the prospects of Newbridge supplying that network,''

Geez, people are clutching at straws here aren't they? This might be in response to QWEST kicking out NN in favor of ASND. (They really need to get on the MPLS train to have credible IP story)

2. I'd be slightly concerned that one deal/customer could mean so much to the success of a company given the effect this news had on NN's stock price. Would anyone on the thread care to hypothesize about the effect on NN's stock if they didn't get the deal for the new combined BT/AT&T network replacing the old Concert one?
