Just for the record, this quote which was attributed to Ted Kennedy is really from Winston Churchill. It was supposedly spoken at a formal dinner party when a rather matronly woman commented that Mr. Churchill appeared to have had too much to drink. >>Ted Kennedy was making a speech whilst under the influence of alcohol.
